Frequently Asked Dentistry Questions
Have a question for one of our doctors? If so, then you’ve come to the right place! Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions our patients ask us every day. If you have a question that we haven’t answered on this page, be sure to give us a call and ask! We’re more than happy to take any extra time to make sure you completely understand your dental care options.
How often should I see Dr. Berrada for a dental checkup?
For optimal oral health and well-being, we recommend visiting Tysons Dental Esthetics at least twice a year. With regular checkups and cleanings, we can help you prevent and treat the most common dental problems.
What are one-visit dental crowns?
A one-visit crown is a crown designed, milled, and placed during just one appointment at our Falls Church dental office. Using our CEREC machine, we will create a completely customized restoration that restores your smile’s strength and appearance while you rest comfortably in the dentist’s chair.
Do you offer porcelain veneers?
Yes, we do. Using porcelain veneers, we can help you create a more aesthetically pleasing smile. Veneers are very thin pieces of porcelain used to change the appearance of cracked, chipped, stained, misaligned, or crowded teeth. Beautiful results are possible in as little as two appointments.
Is Invisalign right for me?
Invisalign is a cosmetic braces system used to help patients who want to make changes to the alignment of their teeth. While it’s a very effective and discreet treatment option, it isn’t right for everyone. If you’re considering orthodontic care, let Dr. Berrada talk to you about your treatment options.
Am I a candidate for dental implants?
If you’re missing one or more teeth, you may be. Dental implants use one or more implant posts to support a range of custom-made prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, partials, and full dentures. During a consultation appointment, we would be happy to talk to you about what a complete implant procedure involves and about your personal treatment options.
